EFT For Limiting Beliefs

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is by far the best method I have ever found for absoluely neutralizing limiting beliefs, negative thinking and negative emotions. I have practiced EFT for 3 years and am constantly amazed by the results I see with myself and the others I use it with.

To begin, the Karate Chop or Psychological Reversal (PR) point found on the outside edge of the hand is tapped repeatedly while stating a "set up phrase" 3 times. The set up is designed to state the problematic issue in order to prepare for re-balancing the body's meridian system. For example, if you were dealing with a fear of spiders, you might say, "Even though I have this fear of spiders, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I have this fear of spiders, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I have this fear of spiders, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
Next, you would tap the main acupoints on the head, face and body 5-9 times per point while saying "reminder phrases" such as "this fear of spiders" to keep your mind focused on the issue.
After tapping on the last point, take a deep breath to facilitate an energy shift and then let your mind settle. After a few seconds, think about the problem again and see if your response to it is less intense than it was before you began tapping. In most cases, it will be less. Continue tapping on the issue until all fear and anxiety toward spiders is gone.
