EFT for Anger
 |
| Begin by tapping the side of the hand while repeating the following: |
| "Even though I am so angry right now, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I am so enraged, I deeply and completely love and accept who I am. Even though I am very angry right now, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway". |

| Tap on the top of the head 5-9 times while saying "I am so angry right now" |
| Tap on the eyebrow point 5-9 times and say "I am furious!" |
| Tap on the side of the eye 5-9 times while saying "I've never been so angry" |
| Tap under the eye 5-9 time and say "I am sooooo mad right now" |
| Tap under the nose 5-9 times and say "All this anger" |
| Tap on the chin point 5-9 times and say "All this anger" |
| Tap the collar bone point 5-9 times and say "This anger" |
| Tap under the arm 5-9 times and say "This anger" |
| Now take a deep breath and let your mind settle. See if you notice any improvement in how you feel. |
