EFT sessions begin with the PR or Karate Chop point, which is found on the outside edge of either hand, halfway between the
big knuckle of the pinky finger and the wrist joint. It is where you would imagine the impact would be if you "Karate chopped" something.
- The first point (top of the head) is located at the top center of the head
- The second point (eyebrow) is found at the beginning of the eyebrow
- The third point (side of the eye) is at the outside corner of the eye
- The fourth point (under the eye) is just below the eye
- The fifth point (under the nose) is below the nose and above the upper lip
- The sixth point (chin) is between the lower lip and chin
- The seventh point (collarbone) is on the point of the collar bone
- The eighth point (under the arm) is found about a hand's width below the arm
