EFT for Confidence

Begin by tapping the side of the hand while repeating the following:
"Even though I don't feel very confident right now, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I'm not feeling confident about what I'm about to do, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I'm not very confident, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
Tap on the top of the head 5-9 times while saying "My lack of confidence"
Tap on the eyebrow point 5-9 times and say "This confidence issue"
Tap on the side of the eye 5-9 times while saying "I don't feel confident"
Tap under the eye 5-9 time and say "Lack of confidence"
Tap under the nose 5-9 times and say "This lack of confidence"
Tap on the chin point 5-9 times and say "I just don't feel confident"
Tap the collar bone point 5-9 times and say "I want to be more confident"
Tap under the arm 5-9 times and say "This confidence issue"
Now take a deep breath and let your mind settle. See if you notice any improvement in your confidence levels.
