EFT for Stress Relief

| Begin by tapping the side of the hand while repeating the following: |
| "Even though I'm incredibly stressed, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I feel so overwhelmed right now, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I am so stressed out, I deeply and completely love and accept myself." |
 |
| Tap on the top of the head 5-9 times while saying "I am so stressed" |
| Tap on the eyebrow point 5-9 times and say "I feel so overwhelmed" |
| Tap on the side of the eye 5-9 times while saying "All this stress" |
| Tap under the eye 5-9 time and say "This stress" |
| Tap under the nose 5-9 times and say "This sense of being overwhelmed" |
| Tap on the chin point 5-9 times and say "All this stress in my life" |
| Tap the collar bone point 5-9 times and say "These stress issues" |
| Tap under the arm 5-9 times and say "All this stress" |
| Now take a deep breath and let your mind settle. See if you notice any improvement in your stress levels. |
